All of our product are 100% genuine and authentic, as Valiram are the official retailer and brand ambassador within the APAC region for the brands we offer on this website.

Can I buy these products offline?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have physical Valiram Sale store that allows offline purchases.

However, if you looking for the physical stores of the brands we offer on this website, please check our official www.valiram.com for the full list of physical retail stores that we carry in the APAC region.

Are these product defected, thus it's being marked down to special prices?

All of our product we offer here on the Valiram Sale website has undergone rigorous quality control before we put them online, we strongly believe in offering great quality premium products at amazing prices.

What form of payment method is accepted?

You can pay with your standard Visa, MasterCard or Amex credit and debit card via Paypal.

With the Paypal new feature, you do not need a Paypal account to complete your online transaction with us.

I accidentally refreshed my browser while paying! What do I do?

Every successful and complete Valiram Sale transaction will trigger a confirmation email and subsequently, an email containing a tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try our best to ensure that our customers receive their orders at their doorstep within 7 - 14* business days. However, some deliveries may take longer in certain regions especially East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) due to geographical distances.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to stay up to date with its status.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this feature on Valiram Sale website.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel an order once its placed, as processing begins immediately right after that.

Can I order from other countries other than Malaysia?

Unfortunately, not at the moment, we only offer Free Delivery* within Malaysia.

However, we are looking to expand our services to other countries in the near future. Please stay in touch with us on our newsletter or social media @Valiram for updates.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do! You can enjoy FREE delivery on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking code from our delivery company to track your purchase.

My order hasn't arrived yet, is this normal?

We try our best to ensure that you receive your products within 7 -14* business days. However, during sales period, there might be a delay as we will receive a higher influx of orders to fulfill.

However, if it’s been longer than that, please drop us an email at [email protected] with your order details so we can get this sorted out immediately.

I wasn't around when my delivery arrived!

Fret not! Our delivery services partner would have provided you with a 'Missed Delivery' card, which contains detailed instructions on how you can easily reschedule the next delivery.

I received the wrong items in my order, what should I do?

Oh no! This is not supposed to happen, if you did received the wrong item on your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

What are your policies on returns, refunds, and exchange?

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns, refunds, and exchange at this moment.

Our Terms and Conditions states that all purchase made through this website are final purchases.

What if my item(s) has a defect, would a refund be possible?

Unfortunately we do not offer any refund, however if there is a major defect please contact us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Is there a warranty period for the products?

As these products are discounted / sale item, the standard warranty will not be applied.

I forgot my password! What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the "FORGOT PASSWORD" instructions on the sign in page.

I can't remove items from my shopping cart!

To remove items from your cart, click on the little "X" next to each item.

For some reason, if you still can't, clear your cache, refresh your browser and try again.

My transaction was rejected on the website, but I received a notification from my bank saying I paid for it. What do I do?

If you have received an order confirmation from us, clear your cache and restart your browser. The website should reload and reflect the correct status of your order.
